Whatever we have learned by handling large
volumes of claims during calamities, we have been able to replicate
the same even at locations beyond our demographic area, successfully.
This has been established beyond doubt during our camp office
operations in Mumbai floods (2005) and Surat floods (2006),
wherein we had set up full fledged offices in the respective
towns including back office operations & disposed more than
80% of the claims within 3 weeks flat! Not only were the cases
disposed, simultaneously reports were released as well |
